Today we started our unit on penguins. We discussed the characteristics of non-fiction books and then went through a powerpoint on penguins.
To keep warm, penguins huddle together in a large group.

Today we also started our unit on numbers 11-20 with place value. (Ask your child about karate chopping numbers today!)

We added a new friend to our classroom yesterday... WELCOME ANDREW PARKER!
